SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are usually fulfilled within 48 hours of being received, Mon - Fri, subject to stock availability. Whereby, an order is unable to be fulfilled Happy Healthcare will issue a refund for the item/s not supplied. We use Australia Post and Direct Freight for most deliveries; however, we may use other freight providers as deemed necessary from time to time. 

Please make sure all customer shipping details are correct as we cannot redirect any orders once they have been dispatched.

In the event that there is no one in attendance at the nominated delivery address, couriers including Australia Post may leave a parcel collection card or instruction for arranging redelivery.

Delivery Times

From the time your package leaves our warehouse, until the time it arrives at your doorstep, Happy Healthcare aims to ensure that you receive your purchase within 5-7 working days. However, during holiday peak period or government restrictions, your package will get to you in at least 14 working days.

As much as we try to make sure your package arrives as soon as possible, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Our aim is to have your items shipped out from our warehouse as fast as possible except some circumstances where unfortunately it is beyond our control, for example courier service delays, emergency, items out of stock or public holidays.
